Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Expedited Shipping 2–3 Business Days
Overnight Shipping 1 Business Day

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of any damaged items and packaging (if applicable)
  • A description of the issue

We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
