Pennsylvania Skill Charitable Giving is excited to share our newest Grant Application and Policy. These changes will help to better serve our mission to supporting causes that improve communities and quality of life for the residents of Pennsylvania.
All parties that have recently submitted an application or have an outstanding application do not need to reapply as we will continue to hold your application for review.
Pennsylvania Skill Charitable Giving will be reviewing and granting donations quarterly.

New Policy Highlights Include
- A complete proposal will include descriptions of the organization, its mission and major accomplishments, and a list of current board members and/or key staff.
- If the monetary request is over $2,500, a quote is required for items and/or equipment to be purchased.
- If the monetary request is over $5,000, three (3) competitive quotes for items and/or equipment is required.
- Incomplete proposals or those with deadlines within 30 days of submission may be moved to the following quarter or may not be considered.
- If Pennsylvania Skill Charitable Giving does not make a donation within the requested quarter, and you have not received a denied letter, your application will be held on file for future consideration.
- Previous applicants can request a donation one year since their previous donation.
- Example: An organization received $2,500 on 6/2022. They would be eligible for a donation on 6/2023.
